If you can walk away you should.
This course is meant to teach you to stand up for yourself....
Overcome fear and stress....
Learn how to diffuse a situation and try to get away.
And when you cannot leave, and are attacked, this course is about elimination of the threat using only the amount of force necessary to walk away safely.
We don't do bows, kata, Japanese terminology, colored belts, and many of the common trappings of martial arts.
This is straight to the point training to get it done quick.
